Site Supervisor
Job Description
As a Site Supervisor at Vogue Livin , you will be responsible for managing and supervising all on-site activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be the key point of contact between our design team, contractors, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.
- Communicate effectively with the design team, contractors, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain detailed records of site activities, progress reports, and any changes to project plans.
- Assist in budgeting and cost management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct final inspections and ensure all project requirements are met before project handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions on-site.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
